Poor management processes or a true scam?
The order was processed and shipped. Received 2 emails with info that the pricing was incorrect and raised the price twice, asking each time to reach out pay more. The order was set to ship and in the warehouse, but would not be cancelled. Needed to refuse the delivery at my door. Just too scammy a company for me to deal with.
