The prices and products are good
The prices and products are good, but the customer service is lacking. I've contacted them using both their website contact form and their chat function. Neither got me a reply. I finally called and the person I spoke to was not super helpful.

Delivered on time but the wrong…
Delivered on time but the wrong product, can liners instead of medical supplies. Test will be how easy to resolve this, getting the product and not being burdened with dealing with a return

I didn't have to be a business
I didn't have to be a business! Wanted denture cleaning brushes to donate to a nursing home. Service was fast and all pricing very reasonable!

Thank you for being an honest company
Thank you for being an honest company! I discovered that my medicare Humana plan would pay 80/20 for these OTC supply needs, but when I checked out the companies that they have contracted with, I found that they mark the price up 500%, and then my 20% is the same as retail. :/ I didn't want to participate with that greed, so am happy that I can do business with you. As always, my order was correct, arrived in good condition and timely. Thank you! Susie

Not honest at all
I don’t get it how it’s honest if you have to pay shipping with medical/nutritional products. A lot of pages don’t charge for shipping with similar products/services, but sadly some products are sold only here so I don’t have another option.
