Fantastic customer service
I’ve tried ordering ostomy supplies from other companies in the past and had an awful time. I gave Honest Med a call and was so pleasantly surprised when the person who answered the call not only assured me the item was available, but actually went to physically check to see that the item was in stock. She stayed with me on the phone, walking me through the ordering process and waited until everything was completed. The order arrived in two days!!!! I’m so grateful for her kindness, knowledge, and support in obtaining something several other companies couldn’t provide!! Will definitely order again and highly recommend!!!!
