I ordered and paid for a box of 10, and received 1…
I ordered and paid for a box of 10 urinary leg bags, but the supply warchouse sent 1 box with 1 leg bag. I had to call custemer service for the 9 missing leg bags, which are supost to be on their way.

Amazing place
Amazing place, prices are lower than most places and shipping is fast and cheap, I buy a lot of my daughter’s medical supplies here, most places it’s the shipping costs that kill you but they offer $6.99 flat rate, with the bulkiness of some of our supplies I’ve always struggled to find places with reasonable shipping costs and this is one of the best places by far

It was not the kind of filter I needed
It was not the kind of filter I needed. Order #344160. So I obtained a return number and returned item. After tacking on a restocking fee. I never was refunded. It was mailed out on 2-27 to the Orlando address given as I am in Orlando it should been done by now? Update ref response: Of course you do. I no longer have the receipt from the post office. You advised shipping cost would be on me but didn't specify I needed to send it via personal messenger. I hope you enjoy stealing from sick and elderly people. No items, no refunds, almost $18 gone. Glad it wasn't a large amount.
