The order had to be returned and I had to call 4 times in a weeks timein order to get a return authorization. Once I received that authorization I took to the post office spent $13 returning the product and probably will have to pay a $15 restocking fee. The ostomy bags were expensive to begin with and didn’t fit well with the patient. Will never ever order again from this company.
