I mistakenly ordered the wrong ostomy…
I mistakenly ordered the wrong ostomy flanges and called immediately to return them. None were opened. I was told that it was Friday afternoon and that the person on the phone would have someone from customer service call me back. 2 weeks later and still nothing. So this hasn’t been a good experience at all.
