Want a refund terrible quality

My mattress tippwr arrived and is thin. this is the fifth convuluted foam egg crate topper orderwd always in 4 inches. This one is half as thick and seems like a cheap 2" topper from Walmart that doesnt offer much cushioning and probably wont lasy long. I tried calling customer service to return it for a refund i stayed on AI for a very long time trying to get a real person. i finally got transferred, only to wait an even longer time on hold to then get hung up on with n9 way to ger thos resolved. i called my bank to report this seems like a felraudulant company that makes false claims about tue products.
