Follow up on my previous issue: I received a call Friday night apologizing for my missing medication and promising to overnight it to me so I should receive it Saturday or Monday. Now it's Tuesday and my medicine still hasn't shown up, I haven't received any tracking info or updates, none of my calls have been answered and none of my voicemails have been returned. This is absolutely ridiculous!

I was trying to review what I paid for already. Yet not able to view the results without paying. It makes me weary to proceed further.

Complete garbage company and experience, been nothing but issues from start to finish and a month later I still haven’t got any test results. Had to reset my address for whatever reason, have my sample code resubmitted, and had to resubmit my name and info from my sample. It’s been a month and even after complaining and being promised results in 3-5 days iv still got zero results. Finally told them I wanted my money back because 3-5 days has turned into 30 and still nothing. Don’t throw your money away, go to a local clinic or doctor

I frequently feel rushed when discussing these types of things with docs. I also feel like a thorough and comprehensive battery of tests is not always ordered. Went over results thoroughly and allowed me to ask questions. Used herself as an example to explain HRT. Also encouraged me to reach out to my other physicians to ask questions about treatment.

I felt like the doctor listened to all of my concerns and addressed the questions that I had. She was thorough and when going over the treatment plan discussed how it applied to my lab results and the options that were available. It was easy to get started and to get in for lab work. The results came back fast and just as easy to schedule the appointment with a doctor for follow-up
