I completed my blood draw and met with a Doctor 2 weeks later. 24 hours later, I was prescribed a multi-vitamin vitamin and clomiphene for $250.00. They recommend “good sleep, clean nutrition, and exercise”. Far from personalized treatment and WAY overpriced. I already have a clean diet and consistent exercise for the past 10 years. Great marketing, poor delivery of service. Find another company. Don’t waste your time or money. Reply to response: $236.00 to be exact. Now you’re really showing your colors. Hone health absolutely DID quote me 236.00 for a multi vitamin and clomiphene. Hones “optimization” subscription is 150.00 and includes what exactly? “Personalized plan”. That plan is “eat good food, get good sleep, and exercise”. It’s a joke and a lot of wasted time that I could have been spending with a legitimate company that actually personalized care. Keep showing your colors Hone Health.

My appointment was at 3:30. I previously finished all my prerequisites and was verified. I joined the meeting and was in the meet waiting room from around 3:20 all the way up until 4:05. The doctor never showed up. I wasted my time and rescheduled my day to be here and not have the doctor show up and to top it off I login back at the homepage and find out that I have a message telling me I will be charged $50 for not showing up to the appointment. I’ve already filed a complaint and submitted pictures of me in the waiting room. How can we make this right? I would like to reschedule with a different doctor. This just felt completely unprofessional. I don’t mind coming back and redoing my review, when something has been done and I receive a refund for the unnecessary 50$ charge for a missed appointment but it’s not the first time that there was a problem when I originally scheduled my appointment to have my blood drawn at LabCorp I received an email and a QR code with my appointment ready to go only to find out about two hours before my appointment that it had been canceled because the facility was closed. I unfortunately had to travel out of town and didn’t get my appointment till about a month later.
