Great experience, my doctor went over everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. The process was quick and the price is reasonable.

I've been a Hone patient for a couple years now. Not only am I happy with the results of my treatment, but most of all the service provided by both the doctors and the customer service staff!! At first it took a little bit of time to get the shipping down so that my meds would reach me on time, but not only have they fixed that problem, I now don't have to worry as they make sure my meds are early so if there is and shipping issues, I've always gotten on time! 💙 Recently I had moved and they tried to deliver and not only did i miss it, but it was sent back! 🤯 but thanks to Hone's amazing customer service, not only did they communicate with me, but texted me directly, updating me every step of the way until it was on the way back to me, and a new tracking number so I could track it. They even helped me update my new address without having to go and sign in and try to find it online, they personally helped me change in and ensure it's updated! And it will be here tomorrow, and again, its not too late and no interruptions in my med schedule, and still on track without missing a day! Truly happy to have found Hone and I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing help with managing their health, both mentally and physically! And now they are doing the GLP-1 consultations and medication regimen making them available and with the SAME DOCTOR!!
