Hey Jennie, sorry for the confusion or if things weren’t clear, but Hone does outline our services and membership in detail on the main page of HoneHealth.com. We are not a scam at all. You ordered a lab test that included a doctor consult. There’s no commitment with Hone, so if you decide you don’t want to start treatment with us—your labs are yours to keep. We don’t gate keep this info like other companies. The membership isn’t a hidden fee either, it’s a necessity to receive the level of care Hone offers. The membership covers regular blood work every 3-months, doctor consults every 3-months, non-routine doctor consults, free shipping, and access to the Care Team. All of that, even with insurance, can cost much more than the membership cost. Hone also allows you to cancel at any time and doesn’t lock you into yearly contract with a membership.
