Doc was on time, knowledgeable and able to explain things to me in a way that made sense.

My experience was great. My doctor explained all my test results in detail and in an understandable manner. He listened to what I had to say and gave some suggestions. I was comfortable talking to him and explaining my symptoms without feeling like I was being brushed off. Great experience.

I really like the fact that I was able to get such an in-depth lab test, however I really had some concerns regarding my labs and what the doctor told me during my consultation.There were multiple things but I will just use 1 example. I was concerned that my per my labs my thyroid level was low, now for information purposes my TSH from my Thyroid panel with TSH my current result was 0.175. The reference range is 0.450-4.500 which being under the referenced number was a concern. However in my consultation which seemed like she was rushing to end for some reason which is a whole different story ( I see everyone's comments of how the doctor was so detailed and caring. I had to ask her what is Progesterone? She really didn't tell me what it is was, I felt like she really wanted to just tell me, "look go Google each word and figure it out. I can say the only thing she was clear of was that from what I did tell her she recommend multiple medications and told me the prices and honestly that was the only thing that I can say 100% I was able to understand from the whole consultation.) I have no Idea or understanding of how to order the medication and by that I mean: Is it shipped from their pharmacies? Is she sending a RX to my personal pharmacy? Who knows, I can tell you this I DON'T. I just see a cart with all her recommendations and a membership fee that I have to pay today of $149(I have to also note this, when I initially signed up it was a sort of promotion going on at the time so my understanding was the membership fee was gonna be 50% off. Let's not quote me on this at this very moment as I need to go back and look at my screenshots to confirm. I am looking on the app and the website on my computer of how I could maybe call and talk to someone so that maybe customer service could clarify for me how this process works(Like are you gonna charge my card for all this medication at one time and I have to $149 every month on top of medication costs and supplies?), but I would rather type a review then to type out what I need help with from the service I received. Which leads me here to my review of my first session with Hone Health and honestly I think I am going to wait before completing my order just to really reflect on if this is the type of care I wanted to be provided with, and right now I am not too sure if I will be moving forward. But to everyone else that received this amazing experience of explanations to all of the things we all could not get from our PCP whether it be due to insurance issues or even our PCP's just being unavailable for you to even make an appointment as they are already booked and the soonest appointment is not until September, but I digress. We all were looking for answers. REAL ANSWERS AND EXPLANATIONS that the things you were feeling were real and just not you overthinking. I mean you have to be at a point in your life where you know something is off and your doctor is just not testing for the right things even when you ask them to do it and they say insurance is not gonna cover it. OKAY....!!!! I have said I am more than willing and capable of paying out of pocket to get it done because deep down I just know something is not right. Well, thanks for listening to my TED TALK, I guess now it's just time to see if this is the right place for me.

We’re starting at a 5. Dawn was very professional and relatable. We cut to the chase and talked about options. Looking forward to seeing how this goes. I will definitely update this review mindfully along the way since I scoped this out for months and decided to give it a try versus spending an arm and a leg at a local establishment.
