My doctor call was thorough and he answered all of my questions. I do not care for the "check-out" cart as it does not give any other membership options. Also, the "contact us" email section needs work. It mis-spelled common words and when you try to fix it yourself after it auto-corrects it miss-spells them again.

Susan was a very sweet, informative Dr. She took her time to explain everything to me perfectly and made sure I understood everything before moving on.

The doctor was knowledgeable, listened to what I was saying and addressed all of my concerns

I contacted them over a month and a half ago, everything was moving along until I paid the membership fees and suddenly all communication stopped. I’ve received nothing from the company or answered any of my many emails. I would look elsewhere for trt treatment.

Hone health has been extremely helpful with my needs! From the first zoom call with the doctor (who by the way was absolutely amazing!!!) to getting my prescriptions. I would like to see the patient portal a bit more user friendly :) I received a phone call from Amy Jones regarding one of my requests and she was so kind and I am grateful for her diligence and kindness! Recommending HONE Health to friends!
