I chose Hone Health because of the great reviews, but my experience has been anything but great. My process started July 24th and today is August 18th. I have no ETA on medication shipments and the response time from customer service is generally 48 hours after a question is asked. It takes 3 days for someone to post a lab requisition, 1 day for the lab to post results, 3-5 days for someone to review the labs and the process drags on. Did I mention they charged me the subscription fee two weeks ago, even though I don't have meds or an order for meds yet? This is the most frustrating process I've been through.

Great service and I have seen noticeable changes in my body and clarity in the afternoon's. Is started using Hone to help with the afternoon fog and it has enhanced my strength and leaning out.

The doctor was very receptive to my concerns and provided well detailed answers to my questions. The conversation was engaging throughout the session and I was given many opportunities ask questions.

Dr. Turner was extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I have complete confidence in his treatment plan!

She really listened to me. I felt like she heard everything I was saying and made sure she addressed each of my concerns.

Dr. Dominguez was very insightful when talking about the different avenues available toward my plan of care. Also, the video session is very convenient when running on a tight schedule day to day.

So far Hone has been amazing. Their service is knowledgeable, helpful and fast. Their doctors are actually legit doctors not meatheads who just want your money and subscribe you whatever you want. It’s just safer and better!!
