I'm 62. First time trying TRT. I'm smiling. The Dr. was kind, professional, knowledgeable, helpful in answering my questions, gave clear explanations, was genuine, I feel well taken care of.

I personally take these samples to the post office. Over a month of them saying they received, didn’t receive, updating labs with these missing tests I guess. I am $250 into this, and I have got nothing but mailing blood every other day! No response to emails, no texts, no phonecalls NOTHING! I bet that payment comes out again though!!!! USE SOMEONE ELSE!49$ initial test, $125 monthly $80 final test. All on labs, keeps sending me tests saying you didnt receive. (Updated since you couldnt look at my email and look at my account) matcathatsat At. gmail Edit: Same day I wrote this review I get a call.. “our tech team has to resubscribe you to our email” (thats not how that works to a paying customer) she sets up another blood test at quest diagnostic. I go and do the test, results are on Hone’s website, cool we are moving forward…. Nope. Says i need another consultation, clicked the link and there are none available and to contact support. (No emails, no phone call, no response at all except trust pilot and the call saying tech team has to resubscribe me…), Also flagged my review as defamation, but trustpilot said NOPE and here we are. Edit 2: they have been in contact with me? When??? She called me Wednesday with no follow up. “They have tried to contact with no success” that is also a lie since i am here telling you i have only got one phone call……you guys will say what you want, you know whats up already, there are soooo many reviews just like mine on trust pilot. We are all wrong though in your eyes.

The doctor was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, genuine, great personality, and most important a good listener. It was a relief to see so quickly how well he knew what he was doing and how he probe for all the information to deliver the most accurate diagnosis instead of just saying a few things and writing a prescription of testosterone like other visits I've seen and decided not to continue with. Will definitely continue seeing him as long as long as I need treatment. Would like to see more variety of supplements and faster responces in chats, scheduling, etc., but all together, I am pleased.
