It looks like a Care Team agent responded to you on August 7th about the messaging hiccup and asked you to please disregard those messages. Additionally, you have not been charged for any extra testing kits. We received your latest ticket yesterday and a Care Team agent will get back to you ASAP.

Our Care Team is awesome and typically gets back to members within 3-6 business hours, if not much sooner. I requested more info through Trustpilot about this review, if you can please respond to that request with your contact info – we'll make sure someone takes a closer look at your concerns.

Hey Bo, this is Ken from Hone. We've been in touch throughout the week, and as recently as last night. As mentioned, confirmatory labs (final results) can take 3-5 days for your doctor to review/approve. I know waiting can be frustrating, and wanting to start treatment ASAP is important. Especially when you're having problems in life, but Hone doesn't take short cuts when it comes to safety and treating our patients. The onboarding process for new patients might take longer than expected, but I promise it's designed this way to make sure no stone goes unturned with your safety and care. You can continue communicating with me in the Community like you have, I'll still be there for you. Our Care Team will make sure everything continues to move along for you.
