My initial consultation with Dr Mcgee was great. I wasn't sure what to expect but he was very friendly, thorough and respectful. Five stars!

From the set up, to the testing to the consultation, all was great, smooth, fast and easy!

Like most of the reviewers, my discussion of test results with their contract Dr. was thoughtful and informative. Unfortunately, the 24/7 access to a Care Team has NOT worked out. Each time I ask about my status there is a 48 hour lag and polite note that they will look into it. It seems that the HONE system and Quest Lab reports do not sync so I have seen my confirmation Lab report but HONE is unaware. I hope this improves or I will choose to cancel the premium membership. In summary, I have not received any product and the website indicates that it may take a week to process once approved, and several days to mail. That will be in 2026?

The doctor and team over at hone has made this very easy. They have educated me along the way. I now know more about all the labs. My strength is increased. My libido’s increased. I feel like I felt in my 30s and 40s.

Teresa was very knowledgeable and made me feel safe and heard!!! I was comfortable in conversation and wasn’t hesitant to tell her how miserable I have been feeling. My normal PCP has continuously disregarded my concerns, telling me my labs are perfect, we don’t need to check your hormones, you’re just stressed, try to get some rest. Thank you Teresa for finally making me feel heard and like a woman again!!

My doctor was very helpful in explaining everything to me, she did not rush my time with her and answered questions/concerns I had.
