Dr. Vickers did a awesome job communicating clearly about all my options, and the different benefits of different prescriptions/supplements. And it made the choice easy for me.

The Md was awesome. Very informative and nice. He listened well and seemed serious about my health. As far as Hone website, there is very limited information about the “subscription” and how long the medicine will last. There is nothing about the duration of the subscription or how long a bottle of testosterone might last before needing to refill. The subscription also doesn’t seem to provide anything other than what was already provided in the initial steps. There doesn’t seem to be anyway to get the md prescription either. I will need a LOT more information before signing up with You.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my initial experience with Hone Health. While I was initially hopeful about the convenience of the service, several logistical and customer service failures have caused significant frustration and delays in my treatment. 1. Lab Work Inconvenience My first point of feedback concerns the lab work requirement. I was immediately taken aback by the necessity of two separate blood draws at LabCorp to initiate treatment. The first draw established initial results, but a second, subsequent draw was required for "confirmation" before a prescription could be issued. This redundant step added unnecessary time and inconvenience to the onboarding process and runs counter to the promised streamlined service. 2. Medication Delivery Failure The most critical issue arose with the fulfillment and delivery of my medication: Incorrect Delivery: A signature-required package containing sensitive medication was severely mishandled by FedEx. The package, addressed to me (a name starting with 'B'), was incorrectly delivered and left at a "Johnson" residence on the opposite side of town. Contamination/Compromise: The package was eventually recovered almost two weeks later, but it had been opened and tampered with upon receipt, raising serious concerns about the integrity and safety of the medication. Carrier Constraint: When attempting to resolve this, I was informed that patients cannot change the delivery service—an inflexible constraint that Hone Health attributed to the affiliated pharmacy. This lack of delivery flexibility is unacceptable given the high-risk nature of the products. 3. Abyssimal Customer Service Response The attempt to resolve the delivery issue exposed significant flaws in your customer service infrastructure: Inaccessibility: The phone line appears consistently unanswered, forcing reliance on email. Unacceptable Delay: While email responses were apologetic, customer support refused to coordinate the immediate reshipment of my prescription from the pharmacy. Instead, I was forced to wait nearly two weeks for FedEx to locate the compromised original package, leaving me without necessary treatment for an extended period. The combination of these issues has led to a highly dissatisfactory and concerning patient experience. Due to these repeated logistical failures and the failure of customer service to provide a timely resolution and replacement medication, I will not be returning to Hone Health. I urge you to review your lab confirmation policy, address the strict carrier limitations, and dramatically improve the operational accessibility and authority of your customer service team.
Response from Hone HealthDec 14, 2025
Hi Ballow, our team has no record of this happening or a patient with your name. Hone has requested more formation through Trustpilot. If this is a genuine review and you're a patient of Hone, please respond to that request with your contact info and documentation about your experience. Additionally, what's outlined in the review is false and not accurate. Hone will send your script to any local pharmacy of your choosing, and patients are not required to use our partner pharmacy. Additionally, Hone can help you schedule pick up at a Walgreens if you prefer. The confirmatory lab (2nd test) is a safety measure that any reputable healthcare provider will require when offering the types of treatment options Hone delivers. It ensures that all patients can safely begin treatment. Hone makes zero money off of these labs, and from a sale's perspective, it actually hurts us since if we can't treat a patient safely, we cannot onboard them. If someone doesn't pass a confirmatory lab, we offer a full refund.
