Dr. was super clear and detailed

I was pleasantly surprised how fast everything went. Labs were sent within a few days. But the most impressive part in all of this was the ease of the conversation I had with my Dr. Feinstein. He was professional and the most important part is that he listened, asked how I was feeling and did not rely on my lab work the most. As women go through menopause.We never get heard, we get rushed and brushed off, and feel that there is no hope. He walked me through everything that he suggested and helped me understand why I was experiencing my issue. I thought the price was a bit high, but after the interaction I had with the Dr. I felt that it was worth it.

Easy and quick

Tried scheduling my appointment through their chatbot, a toddler has a better brain their their AI and it scheduled me for a time that I could not make. I couldn't cancel and I tried multiple times. Tried emailing, texting, and voicemails (multiple times each). It has been 3 business days and they haven't responded and I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company. If you pride yourself on your customer service on your website, its time to walk the walk and not just spew BS on your webpage to scam us. I bet they respond faster on Trustpilot than through their main channels of communication. Stay away from this company. I tried emailing XXXXX (look at other reviews for the email) that is listed in the reviews, I got a returned to sender email, starting to look like they went out of business more than anything.

The doctor listened to my concerns, explained everything thoroughly, made sure I understood and welcomed questions. She explained all of her recommendations based on my lab results. Great experience.
