My experience with Hone has been excellent. My doctor was very pleasant, patient, and genuinely receptive. She took the time to listen carefully, made me feel heard, and addressed my concerns thoughtfully and thoroughly. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated her compassionate and attentive approach. I would highly recommend Hone to anyone looking for quality, patient-centered care.

Your pricing is very deceptive. You charge for the medication and then 149$ per month. This is ridiculous. In essence, if I am to see the doctor in three months I am required to pay 149$ x3( 450$) before the next apt this doesn’t include the price of the medications. I want to add that I wasn’t seen by a specialist. I was seen by an internal medicine doctor, this isn’t a ob/gyn. I was first scheduled with a naturopathic doctor ( not an MD). The company scheduled an apt at 9:15pm. This was an error that I wasn’t aware of. I was charged 50$ for missing the apt that I was to attend at 4:15am. They did refund this amount. The second apt was with an internal medicine doctor. My appointment was less than 15 mins. Also, I paid 65$ for the initial service of labs and a visit. Your answer states that you allow me to keep my labs and take them elsewhere. I would expect so as I paid for them. Furthermore, 149$ a month far exceeds any doctors visit and lab test in the real world. You aren’t providing me an additional service with goodrx. This is a free service offered to everyone. In terms of going the extra mile, I haven’t seen this yet. Lack of communication, lack of transparency, lack of medication shipping in a timely fashion. What you are saying about the labs isn’t correct. I know because I, myself am a physician. Offices don’t hold scripts or refuse good rx. Actually, anyone can go to a pharmacy and request good rx. It is done there for you right away. I suggest you save your money and go elsewhere. I don’t recommend this service.

Sorry for any confusion here, or feeling like you were misled. Hone does mention our membership on the first and primary page on HoneHealth.com. Additionally. we do mention it before purchase as well. There is no deception though, if you ordered a lab from Hone, then you received an advanced test and results + doctor consultation. Unlike other providers, there's no commitment with Hone and we don't gate keep your results. You're free to take those with you to another provider if you believe we're too expensive. In order to receive the types of treatments that Hone offers, a certain level of care is necessary. The membership covers all aspects of this care, including advanced lab panels and comprehensive doctor visits every 3 months, non-routine doctor visits when necessary, free 2-day shipping on all orders, access to the Care Team, and private access to Hone's online member community. Routine lab work and doctor visits every three months are something any reputable healthcare provider will require to receive treatment. Although the above membership isn't cheap, it's much more affordable and convenient than traditional healthcare. Typically, you'll have to jump through some hoops to see a specialist who 'might' submit a lab order that covers the depth of Hone's advanced panels. If they do, the cost of those labs (even with insurance) will most likely be hundreds of dollars. Even then, if your doctor is willing to prescribe the level of precision medication that Hone offers, the cost of those treatments (once again, even with insurance) will be expensive. Hone will exhaust all efforts to help make your care as affordable as possible. For example, our Care Team will assist with sending scripts to your local pharmacy and help you leverage programs like GoodRX–––where the cost of medications will be cut down dramatically in most cases. Other health providers in our space won't go the extra mile like this for their patients. GoodRX is a free service, but unfortunately, most online providers will not send your script to a local pharmacy where you can use that program. They will gate keep that script and likely lock your labs. Hone will send your script where you prefer and always make your labs accessible for you.
