All of the information from a patient's intake form is taken under consideration by your doctor. Hone doesn't hold your prescription, but the membership is necessary to receive care. The membership covers all of the required aspects of care to safely receive the types of treatments that Hone offers. This incudes regular labs and doctor follow-ups every 3-months, expedited shipping on all refills, access to the Care Team, and non-routine doctor visits when necessary. Unlike other providers, Hone doesn't gate keep your labs or consultation notes. Every patient is free to take those to another provider and shop around. Although the cost isn't cheap, Hone is by far the safest and affordable option that doesn't require a contract or long-term commitment.
