I have been looking for help and answers from traditional practices for a few years, only to be gaslight and made to feel like my issues were not real. Since joining Hone, I have felt heard, the doctors talk to you, ask more questions, and realize that just because your labs are within 'range' doesn't me they aren't low and could be causing issues. I literally cried after my 1st consultation because I finally felt like someone would help me. I'm on month 3 and haven't felt this good in a while.

My Dr was prepared for our meeting with a very good overall idea of how to proceed with my treatment plan. He discussed what was lacking in my blood draw and how we were going to combat what was deficient.

The video conferencing tool wasn't great, but once we were able to communicate it was a very good consultation. The doctor was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional, and he explained my lab results and his recommendations in plain language. He established a good sense of trust with me.

The delivery of service was prompt and seamless. The drawing of blood at my home was probably the best health related experiences I have ever had. The Hone website is also very well designed. Where my issue lies is with the consultation and maybe it was my expectations leading up to it. I was searching for a more definite answer as to why I was feeling so different so suddenly. Something changed with in me and I was looking for answers but I did not find them. The feeling I got from the consultation was the same feeling at would get at a doctors office, (try these pills and if they don’t work we will try some more). I will be making life changes for the better because of what the doctor educated me on. Thank you for the great service from start to finish. I will be seeking other opinions.
