Paid for the initial consultation and did labs and got results. I paid for the first month subscription and decided to no longer use their com Any as the extra fees and added costs were outrageous. They canceled my subscription and only refunded me the money for labs work. So they kept the 150 monthly sub despite not received my any of the promised services and they canceled all the appointments. So they charged with absolutely no services provided. I you are incorrect. I was credited the original fee which I was charged for the consultation and a lab fee. The one in which I actually used and should have been charged for. However, you still charged me the 174.99 for the membership fee for the month in which there was no use because the second test was not completed and no medications were sent or prescriptions were given. So you refunded the small amount I should have been charged while keeping the $174 you should have refunded. So please do proper research before saying anything is untrue and you just call people liars
