The Doctor was very informative and was able to communicate at my level what was going on and how to treat me.

Everything about this process has been easy and seamless. Signing up and scheduling a blood draw to the quick results and scheduling a consult with the Dr.

It was clear the doctor had not reviewed my chart or results prior to our meeting. He rushed through the results and recommendations at an insanely fast clip and it was obvious he was just trying to sell me a subscription.

This company is ridiculous. Here is just a brief summary of my experience. 1. Kept telling me to get lab work done when I already did. 2. Kept telling me to do an intake when I already did. 3. Scheduled 2 appointments, but their website would not let me through and they tried to charge me for no-shows. I will be disputing all their charges and cancelling my membership. Completely unprofessional and unreliable.

I had a great experience, the doctor looked at my entire picture as a whole, including my lifestyle and activity level as it pertained to one blood level that could be an issue in someone who was less active but made perfect sense for me. I appreciated him interpreting the results for me specifically instead of just what the ranges say. Approach with medication was assertive without being super aggressive, looking for results but not trying to throw the kitchen sink at things. Very pleased and excited to see results.

He was very professional. He went over all my lab work for me to understand why I would need to be on certain hormones and what hormones would work best for me all said and done, the doctor listened, most doctors don't even spend 15 minutes with you.
