Well I signed up for the therapy, passed all my blood work which they said that they would pay for, I received a bill on the mail for the blood work. Honestly never paid it. Went on on my credit got denied therapy and had to pay them and the bill they said they would pay!

She was great. Very knowledgeable and she made it easy for me to talk to her. I learned alot. She talked to me and not at me.

I don’t feel the physician understood or cared where I was coming from. She couldn’t relate to where I am in my life and why my physical and mental health were so critical at this point. She told me that I exhibit multiple signs of low testosterone yet she refused to prescribe me any replacement therapy. This is devastating. I am so dissatisfied with this service. I cannot begin to describe how letdown and disappointed I am. Everything in my body is telling me that something is not right… and that there is no way I could be this tired and have such a lack of motivation for everything.. I even explained to her that my concentration has not been there for a long time.. she could care less. I feel like at the end, all I got from her was a too bad so sad just do better in life diagnosis. I am beyond disappointed in this service.

I have been with Hone for over a year and it is the best decision I have ever made. I am a liver transplant patient and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get help. I had tried numerous times to get TRT through my transplant hospital but they told me that they were not interested in treating the low testosterone. I was desperate for help. I was fully recovered from liver transplant surgery but had no drive for anything…sex, hobbies, work, relationships. I felt flat inside. My initial appointment was with Dr. Reis and I have continued to schedule all subsequent appointments with her. From the beginning, she was professional, compassionate, thorough…I can’t say enough about her. I am happy, healthy and enjoying the “extra” life given to me by my donor hero!
