Hi Anna, the orders that were processed and delivered before your cancellation request – were the only items charged. Items that were not processed or delivered have since been refunded. We can't speak to many more details about your review due to PHI (personal health info), but the experience you've outlined is not an accurate reflection of what happened. Hi Rhonda, I was able to check our support portal and members of the Care Team have been in contact with you. You recently reached out to us only a few hours ago about cancelling – our team will process that request for you. Due to PHI (personal health info) we can't disclose further info about your case here, but your review isn't entirely true. In order to receive the types of treatments Hone offers, a certain level of care and monitoring is necessary. This level of care would be required by any reputable health provider, and the membership covers all facets of this, including lab work and follow up consults every 90-days, and access to Hone's medical staff and Care Team. The cost of this care will normally run you much more money than Hone's membership, and accessing it will typically be difficult. We're sorry this experience didn't work out for you, and wish you the best of luck on your health journey.
