Doctor Freier was attentive, patient, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the next steps, which gave me a lot of reassurance. What really stood out to me was how he signed off the visit with “God bless you.” That simple phrase was genuinely humbling and comforting to hear. It added a personal, caring touch that meant more than he probably realized.

Great doctors, delivery system, communication etc

Update: Someone got it touch and addressed the situation. I appreciate the outreach and resolution. I really wanted to have the great experience I saw in all the other reviews, but my experience has been a total mess from day one. My husband and I got our labs done together, and it’s been nothing but a headache since. My labs were lost entirely, and his came back incomplete. The worst part? My paperwork had me listed as the wrong gender and had the wrong birthday. I even pointed this out and had to get my blood drawn again, but they still hadn't fixed the errors on the second set of forms, so I am not hopeful I will get it the results. It’s been over a week and a half and we still haven’t heard a word about scheduling a consultation for my husband. I’ve reached out to support multiple times, but I’m just spinning my wheels and not getting any actual help. When you’re paying for health insights, you expect at least the basic details to be right. At this point, I just want my money back so we can go somewhere else. Definitely not the premium experience I was hoping for.

Start to finish everything has been communicated clearly. The doctor took his time and went over everything with me. Finally feel like my concerns have been heard and feel like I’m on the right track to feeling more like myself!
