I did not find Hone health helpful. I will say that the testing gave me some markers but the treatments and support did not solve my issues and seemed to make them worse. If you are seeking help with hormonal issues, find a good chirorpactor who understands how the nervous system works related to your hormone levels. I am working with a doctor who is specifically treating my cortisol issues. It isn't a pill or a replacement hormone. It is a change in how I live every day.
