I had a really great experience with Hone from start to finish. The process was simple, efficient, and very convenient. Being able to schedule lab work and have it done at home made everything feel easy and stress-free, and my appointment started right on time. I especially want to highlight my experience with Esti. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She took the time to listen to everything I shared, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I fully understood my results. I never felt rushed or dismissed. What meant the most to me was how supported and informed I felt by the end of the appointment. She walked me through my options clearly and helped me understand what each path could look like, including benefits and considerations. It felt collaborative rather than overwhelming. It is not always easy to find care that feels both professional and genuinely human, and this experience really stood out to me. I would absolutely recommend Hone, and I am especially grateful for the care I received from Esti.

You could tell that the Dr. Genuinely cared for my needs and well being. Alot of times you can tell the Dr sees you as a number. In and out as fast as possible. Not him, he took the time to ensure all my needs and concerns where adressed.

I couldn’t recommend this more. I struggled for a few years with hormonal changes as I am nearing 40. All the docs just kept telling me the labs were normal. Not one of them mentioned testerone or tested for it. Hone was thorough, listened and treated my symptoms and not my labs. Turns out my testerone was crazy low and that was causing me to be miserable. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love Hone. I also am so appreciative for Dr. Illingworth. He pays close attention to all the details and really listens to my concerns.
