I think Hone makes it very easy to see a very good doctor and receive a treatment plan and the prescription all without the time and stress of scheduling appointments, driving to/from a doctor's office as per the norm of the conventional office visits.

I’ve asked this scam of a company for weeks to cancel my membership and stop sending me medication. They barely get back to me, three emails in total. I’ve called, texted, and even messaged their Facebook page.they say I need to fill out a cancellation form, that I’ve done ten times! They say I need to talk to the doctor, but I don’t want to..I want to stop! They offered me a discount, I don’t want it, I want to cancel. I don’t want the doctor. I’ve tried to contact them at least 50 times. I’ve asked for a refund for my membership and the cost of the meds, because I don’t want them! But NOTHING! This company is a scam and I would never ever join them if I was thinking about it. Cancel it now and refund this month membership and medication money, because I don’t want it, but the don’t get back to me and don’t listen to me. What a scam! Do NOT join! Below they said I put in ten tickets just yesterday. This is a lie. I have proof of emails and tickets from last month until yesterday. They’ve only responded to me four times in the past few weeks. Read other reviews, they are doing this to many other people, too! It’s a scam!

Difficulty getting customer service. My followo up appt after bloodwork has been rescheduled by Hone 4 times so far and always to a time that does not work for me. Horrible experience, would not recommend.

I was able to meet with Doctor Shelly Chvotzkin within a week after my labs and at my own scheduled time, via online. Which could usually take up to 3 months the conventional way. So I liked that I could get everything done within less than a months time. She gave me good feedback on my labs and really broke-down the results for me. She came up with a plan to help me get back on the road to being healthy again. I would definitely recommend Doctor Shelly Chvotzkin and Hone Health to my family and friends. Very informative, safe, quick and convenient.
