had an excellent experience with my home health doctor visit. Going in, my testosterone levels were low around 250 and my estrogen was elevated, so I had a lot of concerns. What stood out immediately was how much time the doctor actually took with me. I never felt rushed, not even for a second. He walked through every detail of my labs, explained what everything meant in a way that actually made sense, and answered all of my questions without brushing anything off. We had a real conversation, not just a quick in-and-out appointment. What I appreciated most was how much I learned just from talking with him. We even discussed lifestyle factors, and it led me to realize things I hadn’t considered before, like how vaping and oxygen levels could be playing a role. I’ve already quit because of that conversation, which says a lot about the impact he had. On top of that, my kidney results came back crystal clear, and he made sure to highlight the positives too, which helped ease my mind. Overall, this was one of the most informative and comfortable doctor visits I’ve had. If you’re looking for someone who actually listens, educates, and treats you like a person instead of a number, I highly recommend them.

Hone has been such a great resource. Wait times for doctor appointments are long in my area and having fast access is wonderful. There are people available all the time to answer questions and help navigate the process. My doctor is wonderful and takes time to answer questions, explain lab results and listens to my concerns. 10/10!!

So far the experience with Hone has been simple and smooth. I was able to schedule my labs according to my needs and location that allowed for easy completion. My consultation with my physician was professional and easy to do from my home. She understood my challenges and needs and we came up with a great plan.

Read glowing reviews about this company on this website so I decided to pull the trigger and start services with them. When I finished the initial questionnaire, which I had to restart over half a dozen times because it would get stuck, it failed to find a place for me to get labs drawn. I then got a prompt from their SMS AI bot asking if I wanted to order an at-home test kit. I attempted to go that route but the AI bot was simply not able to complete request. The next day I logged onto my Hone account and there was a link to schedule a lab-draw. I clicked on the link and scheduled the service for the next day as I had to be fasting, along with a laundry list of other things I should avoid. I saw the lab requisition and thought everything was set. The day of the lab draw the lab requisition is gone from my account. There is no way to contact a real human being by phone, everything is by email. Need less to say I got no lab-req in time for the lab draw. I planned my activities for two days around this lab draw and had to cancel. Extremely disappointed.
