Dr was nice but sent a supplement that interacts badly with all my medication after going over my medication with me, and no returns no refund but was offered discount for following monthly services. My test results were in front of them. Its affordable but please check with at least a pharmacist before taking what they send. They are not looking for drug interactions. Also vitamin B12 arrived HOT in mail over 105 in the mailbox ... after contacting they said the Dr said It SHOULD be fine.it took a long time to receive the vitamin too, I do not recommend i dont think they care much they push product. Have tried several times to terminate my account. Still being charged for membership and refill i have not received says processing for over a week. In response: i have emailed numerous times and been in touch with Princess. And have asked my account be terminated for over a week. Im still being charged and no medication is coming. And charged for another month after ive been asking to be terminated, i have an account . And nobody reached out when it happened. Why now? I have talked to the company about the issues and the resonse was as i stated. Everything is done by email pretty easy to track. I have all of them. U asked for my info, and still haven't reached out. The last email I got from hone health was ... rete. Thats it 4 letters. Super professional!! My account name is not my Google email name. Thats personal information, and it was sent to you to verify.
