We would like to clarify that no charge is finalized unless an order is successfully placed and confirmed. In some cases, when entering payment details during checkout, your bank may place a temporary authorization, which can appear as a pending charge, to verify the card. This is not a completed charge and usually disappears automatically within a short time if the order is not completed. And this is a normal temporary authorization initiated by the bank, not an active charge made by the merchant. That said, we truly regret the inconvenience this caused you and the stress it added.
