Hi Guadalupe, Thank you for your feedback and for speaking with me today. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Your selected local service provider originally accepted your booking but later realized that they are not allowed to service your address in Point Reyes Station. Your location falls within a franchised area. This is not very common, but it means your city requires all homeowners to be serviced by one company that has agreed to pay the city for that access. It's essentially a hidden tax on residents. As we discussed, your order has been fully canceled and refunded. We’ve also updated our system to remove this area from the local provider's service area to prevent this from happening again. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize again for the disruption. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can assist further.
