DO NOT SIGN UP for Homesnap Pro, you will be ripped off. I had to leave One star in order to leave this review, otherwise this would be a zero star rating. I keep reading where Homesnap claims they give a 30 email notice, they do not. I was charged for my 2nd year after I formally emailed support before my year was up and cancelled. They charged me anyway and claim to Venmo that it was a legal charge. As Real Estate agents we are held to a high standard of ethics, truth and protecting our clients. Homesnap Pro has no place in Real Estate. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. They keep claiming they sent an email 30 days before renewal, this is also a lie and they fail to produce evidence!

Very simple process. I asked the question and they fixed the problem within the same day. Outstanding customer support.

MY MISTAKE!! ONLY BEEN IN REAL ESTATE FOR 21 YEARS. PURCHASED $446.00 WORHT OF MY MISTAKE 3 DAYS AGO. WHAT IS BEEING ADVERTISED ARE PROPERTY SALES I'VE MADE WITHIN ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO. CALLED TO HAVE THES CANCELED. I WAS TOLD REFUNDS ARE NOT DONE, BUT I CAN HAVE CREDIT FOR MY NEXT LISTINGS. YES, I HAVE A $9,000 VACANT LOT. NEVER AGAIN, ALSO WILL BE TELLING THE OTHER 180 AGENTS IN MY OFFICE. WHAT BUSINESS DOES THIUS AND EXPECTS TO HAVE SATIFIED CLIENTS. MY BANK WILL BE DISPUTING.

They were quick to respond to my email letting me know what I need to do on my end. Once I completed my part they were quick to update my account.

I started using Homesnap to find out about homes, especially at areas I wasn't expecting to be researching. I've used Homesnap both in Hawaii and California as a quick tool to give me information that I can share immediately when a home reminds me of a client that may be interested.

I tried Homesnap for a year and never sign up for a renewal. Today I've noticed a charge of $599.00 on my credit card coming from Homesnap. I reached out to them immediately asking about these charges, they answer was that is "an automated subscription" and its renewing every year. I never authorized them to put me on a continuous Subscription which they did! They offered only $100 refund even do renewal was made just 3 days ago. Very very displeased with the service. They keep charging you and renewing your subscription without your permission. Watch out its a a rip-off

AGENTS BEWARE - This is the worst customer service company I have ever dealt with. I signed up for the Pro service on Christmas Day, With the package, you receive a website. I also purchased outside of the package zip codes for leads. Since I have my own domain name, I thought just changing the server of my website to my new HomeSnap website was going to be a easy process. WRONG!!! I was emailed directions how to change my server to HomeSnap. Directions seem simple, however, my domain and hostname are with different companies. Within 48hr, my account was set up and confirmed, however the website was not working because the directions to change the IP address didn't apply to my situation. With hours of frustration trying to get my HomeSnap website active, I finally reached out to HomeSnap customer service to speak to someone on technical issues only to inform me nobody was available. On the same day (Sunday) I called Hostgator who is my server to help, they responded immediately to assist only to tell me that I can't change the IP address on one of the administration panels. So back to HomeSnap in which I had to email them the problem. After 6 hours of going back and forth with emails and getting nowhere, I finally said, just refund everything. This is ridiculous that we can't get a live person to help. I informed them, I want to cancel my membership of $99 and the ads subscription of $120. Customer service would accommodate the refund on the membership, however, since the 24hrs has passed on the ads subscription, they would not be able to refund me. I informed them it was Christmas I tried to call for help and nobody was there and nowhere did I see a 24hr cancellation period. I'm paying for ad packages that links to a website that doesn't work. Terrible customer service. Terrible platform. I should have read the reviews about this company before I did anything.

I had previously used Homesnap and thought they were pretty good. Unfortunately concierge is beyond bad. 3 months nothing but dead ends. What they considered a hot lead. 1 looking for a home 800-1200 month. Another was homeless with 2k down. Another was completely out of our market and only looking for off market homes. The rest either were non responsive to Homesnap’s inquiries and after 7-10 days were processed as long term leads so were renters and people who asked to be removed. Total waste of time and $$ The Staff is very good answering questions but basically spins that it’s machine learning the leads will improve. Machine learning is simply predictive analytics. Not sure what they are using to pull the leads from but completely the wrong demographic for this market is who I was seeing as leads. Our market average is over 800k. Save your money. Phone numbers and an email don’t make a lead, A bot screening the leads is fine if you want to scape from the bottom of the lead pool and don’t care that anyone with a mini amount of sophistication will figure it out and disengage. Homesnap will happily sign you up and make seemingly reasonable promise of qualified leads. They aren’t by anyone’s measure other than by the company selling you leads that have by the loosest of definition being qualified by text, email and or a call by an under trained operator. They will hold you 100 percent to the contracts term, no test drive and minimum 90 days.
