I signed up for the Homesnap pro account and didn't find their service that helpful. I tried to reach their customer service dept several time via phone and email to have them deactivate my account. After several weeks I finally spoke to someone and asked them deactivate my account as I did not like their product. The person I spoke with told me he would deactivate my account but I could still use their services until my subscription expired. Then I received a charge for $599.00 on my credit card and when I called to see why they said that I needed to notify them in advance that I didn't want to renew my account. I explained that I had already spoke to someone months before that I wanted my account deactivated and the person told me that was a different type of deactivation and that to cancel my account I needed to give them a separate notification. The main reason I didn't want to use them anymore as I felt their services were very expensive compared to other similar services which costs a lot less. Poor customer service and deceptive business guidelines makes Homesnap a major rip off in my opinion.
