They are scammers taking advantage of real estate agents hard earned money and time. They promise to provide leads, but they're dead leads for which they'll charge for. Just like the fake high ratings on this platform, so are their leads. When attempting to cancel their service for nonperformance, they will make excuses to not honor it as they continue to charge your card every month for dead and fake leads. They are scammers!

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. Someone was able to place my credit card on file, and it has been charged repeatedly for over six months. Their customer service rep I was emailing with even ghosted me!! Despite this, HomeSnap refuses to remove the card from the account. This is ILLEGAL. I was told that only the account holder can remove the card, which is unacceptable and, quite frankly, unlawful considering the card isn't even in that person's name. The customer service has been extremely unhelpful, and the company is continuing to charge my card without authorization—refusing both a refund and resolution. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This company has gone out of business and failed to cease automatic withdrawals. After a year of constant chat calls and emails they still will nit stop the fraulant activities.

I used them for a couple of years. I enjoyed the service for the most part and paid to use their pro service. However, when I did cancel it they stole my domain name (that I brought with me to use with their website) and claimed they provided the domain to me. I showed proof with a receipt through Google Domains that was purchased before I was signed up with them showing that I bought the domain prior to them. That got them to give me a code and told me all I have to do is use that code when registering the domain and that will unlock and release it to me. Nope. I have sent an email explaining the code did not work and they have not replied. Shady business. Nice until you leave. Which is a very unprofessional to do business.

I can’t see any homes without signing in…. Your loss

Denise Nelson is superb to work with! Thank you for helping us with our journey of selling our home! She is such a wealth of knowledge and advised us well throughout every step of the process of selling our home, always keeping in mind our best interest! She was extremely helpful when we run into some huddles with permits, and she went above and beyond in getting the permit permissions and contractors. She was so reliable, efficient, communicated all the matters with all parties in a most effective and transparent manner. We can’t say enough great things about Denise! She’s a great negotiator and thanks to her skills and experience she was able to guide us with suggestions anywhere from preparing our home for great showings to booking quick appointments, thus helping in getting a buyer very quickly. She also has a superb network of attorney and inspector. We’ve known Denise for many years. When we transitioned to renting our home, she was proactive in getting us tenants and thorough in the search. She’s incredibly insightful, which helped us feel comfortable and trusting her recommendations in our renting experience. Without a doubt we highly recommend Denise for your next home purchase or your next home sale and even your next home rental!
