I attend several of these type events where dinner at a nice restaurant are used to lure people to hear a sales pitch. So I knew what was about to happen and I rarely follow-up with appointments or engage with the product. However, this time was different. Yes, the people involved made a difference. The pitchman was engaging and informative. But I double-checked the claims made and liked the products and how they would apply to my personal home situation. The follow-up guy (home inspector) was thorough but did NOT try to hard sell the products. He answered my questions and how the products would benefit my situation. Lastly, the 3 installers showed up on time and were absolutely great. They kept me informed each step along the way and answered any questions that I may still have. The professionalism and humanity that each of the people involved in this have made this a great experience thus far. I haven't had the products installed long enough to give an accurate and honest review but will do so in time. But through this point in time, the experience has been first rate.

From Mitchells presentation, Jason's on-site evaluation and work order, to Rex, Darius, David and Terry's great teamwork installation crew of our Tri Guard Multilayer Insulation, everyone was professional, polite, and informative. Everything you would like a service provider to be and do.

We went to a presentation dinner had a good dinner and all the information was very informative , we purchased the probiotic system for the house , Shane and Antonio arrived and installed the system for us and explained how to set the system and and all the details

We were expecting more information at the dinner on solar energy. The presentation and inspection were very helpful. We were surprised at how quickly they could do the project (dinner on Thursday, Inspection on Friday, installation the following Monday).

Everyone we worked with at HomeSmart was very courteous, respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The salesperson, the inspector/estimator, and the installers were very patient and thorough. They made sure that we understood the work that was done, showed us close up pictures of what they were doing and why, and patiently answered all our questions. The installers arrived at our house on time and completed the work in the time they estimated it would take. We are glad we chose to have HomeSmart do our work.

I had multiple systems installed. They did it all in one day. They stayed on task and were quiet.

Harley came out to do a home inspection and he explained everything he was doing and why. When he come up with the results he explained what he found and what it meant and made suggestions to remedy the issues. Example: We have great water and air quality so we don't need any filters for either of those but our insulation was a little lacking and we needed to treat a small amount of mold and broken boards in the attic. We did purchase the insulation and attic fan, had mold removed and repaired the broken boards in our attic by Dillon and Chase. All employees were prompt at scheduled time, polite, courteous, and very informative. Only a four star because we felt they could have cleaned up the insulation that blew down onto the garage floor and my husband had to repair ceiling light fixtures that started to push down.

Triguard installed yesterday by two great installers, Tyler and Jose. Very professional and helpful explaining process and paperwork.
