I am doing a review for Homesmart Technologies Richmond VA. I purchased the Crystallo Water Filtration system and had my attic treated for mold and mildew. Chava was my technition. His nickname is Sal. He was extraordinarily good at what he did. Sal seems to have a real knack for this kind of thing and seems to be able to problem solve well. He was very polite and answered my questions. One problem occurred when an older pipe near my main water line started to leak after he had turned the water off and back on again. He called his boss right away and facetimed so his boss could see it. He was professional and helpful throughout the process of dealing with this issue. He is an outstanding worker. I could tell that there was a dramatic improvement in my water quality after this system was installed and Sal gave me clear instructions about how and when to replace the filters.
