We had a dinner presentation on Monday with Shaun Appler which was informative and good. However the reason for the 2 star review was an appointment time was made at the time of our attendance. A call was made that evening stating that they wouldn’t make it out for the inspection (that evening if time allowed) and kept it at original date of Tuesday, March 21st at 6. Time slot 6-8pm and NO ONE showed up or even a call to confirm or state reason for no show. A call was even made last night to Shaun to see where the inspector was with no return callback. That’s lousy negligence and business practice on a potential sale. The no show far outweighs the presentation for the review. Also, stated in business for 22 years (IIRC) and BBB states in business for 5 years. Which is it? Eta: date of experience was 3/20/2023 but the review part keeps reverting back to the 19th??

Justin and Jerome were my installers for today. They were efficient and outstanding workers . They were very courteous and very friendly.

They were pleasant, efficient & did a wonderful job!! I would give them a 12 out of 10. I will recommend your company & tell people 2 request them.

Friendly, professional, good quality, on time to start and finish, always smiling, cleaned up when done. Also took photos of the work. We would recommend. The salesman Shawn was top notch, Nick was friendly and through as well as Jerome and Justin.

Shaun did an excellent job during the presentation. When Nick came out to do the inspection, he was very thorough and took great care to explain his findings. He helped us pick the best options for our home. The installers, Jerome and Justin, were very professional and knowledgeable about the product. They completed the job in a timely manner and left no mess for us to clean up. I would highly recommend this service.

Zach, Tyler and Justin were very professional, patient with all of our questions and very thorough in explanations. Great care of our property and completed job looks beautiful! Very impressed with this company. Update 3/19/23: I'd like to add that the company has also been responsive in providing information that we requested after the job was completed. Jory and office staff were very polite and understanding of our requests.

Zach and Tyler were very helpful and professional in the explanation of the installation and in the actual installation. You have two excellent representatives of the company.

I came to what was supposed to be my presentation on Monday at 4:00 and the restaurant was closed -so I called to complain and was rescheduled for Sunday at 4-I arrived at 355 and was denied entry to the presentation-it has been a bad and I thank God they won’t be able to work on my house -I would not recommend them👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
