It wasn’t what I expected at all it’s to talk for my small yorkie to get in and out of!!! So I’m trying to return it and she’s telling me I have to pay to ship it back !!! I got this from instagram from my follower that gave your site !! I’m going on Instagram and fb and letting everyone know BEWARE!! If your not happy to bad you have to pay to ship it back!!!! That’s very very poor customer service!!!!!!!

Your app sucks! Love the feeder but the app that controls it doesn’t work and has numerous updates that may/may not work. Bought a feeder for my son as a gift. He couldn’t create an account in app as we code on unit redirected to a Facebook page instead of allowing you to create an account in app to connect with feeder. No support!
