Update : Homerilla team reached out and resolved this matter, they sincerely apologized for the trouble and made it right by giving me a partial refund I ordered on 9/4/26. The package left China. tracking showed my package arrived at Illinois (I live in Texas), then suddenly in Europe. When I emailed customer service on 9/16 to ask why it was in England, they sent a completely different tracking number redirecting to 17track.net, then stopped responding. I used their live chat, and they claimed it was "out for delivery" yet tracking now shows it in New Mexico. This is a China online based site with no phone support and unreliable tracking. Avoid!

I communicated with someone on their customer care team. The acknowledged my issue and made it right. I was refunded and they lived up to their advertising. I am satisfied with how they handled my issue. (Previous Issue) Their measurement system is confusing and I, admittedly got it wrong. I read the space between the pleats and the smallest choice was 8.. I was shipped 8 inch x 80 inch curtains (2) for $369. Immediately upon receipt I knew what had happened. I attempted, multiple times, to explain and ask for refund, even though their site claims refunds less shipping, which is from China, something not disclosed, they refused. Beware!

Beautiful drapes. Well made. Timely arrival. Everything about the transaction was positive.

The curtains are absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Quality is great and packaging was well done. would give it 5 stars however although I received the curtains within about 14 days just as advertised, the rods and hardware were shipped separately and it took 5 wks for them to arrive. Very happy with my purchase and will order more in the future

the fabric is gorgeous, heavy and just what I wanted. the color and product looks exactly like online and ordering was easy. for a custom product the timeline was great.
