You guys' checkout is irritating.
You guys' checkout is irritating. Way too many steps but in hindsight I can understand why. You guys make sure there's no mistakes.

Smooth order-for-pickup experience
This order process was extremely smooth. I was ordering a second mattress--same as a model previously purchased. Searching by SKU worked instantly and I was able to select pickup at checkout.

Hard to use website
Hard to use website. Also re-directed to SCAM claiming $100 credit to claim...800 number.... I called 888-967-7467 and was redirected to 800-967-7467 and that is where the scam was.

I had trouble with the payment method
I had trouble with the payment method. When I switched to paypal it worked, but the site would not take the same card without paypal.

Good selection and prices. Somewhat difficult to determine color. Staff in chat do not respond with emails as they say they will.

I had to call 5x over 2 days before I…
I had to call 5x over 2 days before I finally got thru (left 3 voicemail messages with no return from the Urbandale location). Finally was able to speak with an agent who said all gift cards have to be done online.
