I never dreamed that I could sell my house on my own. But having HomeLister hold my hand through the process and explain what needed to be done at every juncture was so reassuring. I saved thousands of dollars and will do this next time I sell my house. Tip: With Smartlocks it is so easy to send a code to buyer agents to show your home. No help needed.

Had Great success!!! So easy to upload pictures I took with my Iphone and create my listing. Better than a listing agent only if your comfortable negotiating for yourself Especially if you get multiple competing offers which I did you will need to be a good negotiator. Had a great time... Got 65K more with HomeLister than a listing agent told me to sell for. So Im very happy I didnt listen to her and loose 65K and I did not have to pay Listing agent 2.5 % . I'm trilled I sold my house myself!!!!! with HomeLister and happy. Very efficient!

This is my second time selling with homelister. The process is seamless, straightforward, and very user friendly. The customer service is great and they are responsive and helpful. I will use them again when I sell my own personal property.

Homelister is awesome!!! I could NOT have done it without their help. I used Homelister to sell my parents' house and my own house. They were always there and very helpful in every step of the way. They made the process very easy and explained everything for me. Their fees are very reasonable!!! Thank God for Homelister!!! THANK YOU Homelister!!!!!! :)

I bought a condo in mid October 2022. The purchase was contingent on my selling my condo. I was able to very quickly list my condo on Homelister and sold it within a week. Everyone at Homelister was very responsive to my questions and needs and extremely helpful throughout the process.
