HomeListerReviews of homelister.com

This service is amazing, it does require work and basic knowledge of realstate because homelister doesn't do everything for you, but they do their best to walk you through the process. They offer additional service for additional fees, like for example to help with the closing process. Even if you pay for all their most premium packages it still way more affordable that paying for a realtor. I use them to sell my home 2 years ago, and I am planning to use them again this year to sell my next home.

Using HomeLister saved us over $50,000. Set-up was easy. The property sold within 24 hours. HomeLister staff were very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question, and they have been diligent with follow-up for document completion as we move towards closing. I would definitely recommend HomeLister and use them in the future.

Excellent way to SBO and get MLS listing at the same time. Highly recommend.

Home lister is a much better alternative than paying 3% to list with a full service real estate agent. In Today’s world over 80% of all buyers find their homes on the internet. Home lister is a great way to save a lot of money and get your property up on MLS and the internet.

An option for sellers not wanting to pay full commission. My sale saved me about 5k at closing.

From the very start I was very happy to have found this company. They are very helpful and very affordable, we had very bad experience with several agents plus the market was tough . We did sell with in about 4 months with HomeLister’s. All the others we had for at the most 1 1/2 years and few others 8 or 10 months it was very sad. The team with HomeLister’s also are able to encourage you every step of the way. Thx

very easy to list and process was painless will use this service again when its time to list my home.

Everything was so simple and done for me
