Nate and his team is phenomenal. They are sincere and truly believe in helping others and not just themselves

If I had to describe this company/group of people in one word it would be GENUINE. I have attended several free trainings and each and every time I am struck by how much information I get for free and how much I really like the coaches. It is very clear they are in this business not just to make money but to also help people. Which is definitely not the norm in this business. Not only that, I have heard enough from their current students over the different trainings that I've attended to 100% believe that their program will absolutely get you deals. There are so many wholesaling programs out there and I have been on the fence about which one to go with and today I have decided to join this team ASAP.

I have joined multiple webinars hosted by Nate. He and his team are one of the most honorable and trust worthy people. They are consistently over delivering and I have the upmost confidence in their ability to create results. I’ve been apart of a lot of real estate marketing mentorships and I can 100% tell the difference between people who want your money vs people who actually want you to succeed. Nate and his team are those you can trust that have your best interest at heart.

I participated in a summit with Nate Armstrong and Social Media Blueprint. After many months of self- teaching real estate investing, I am sure about one thing and that is knowing that I need a structure to begin this work successfully. Social Media Blueprint has an organized marketing structure which begins with an assumption of success rather than hit and miss marketing. Hit and miss works but, can be expensive, time consuming and yield understated results. I began this work using the older marketing model which is counterintuitive for me, but I pressed forward thinking this is the way it is done. I am pleased that I found Social Media Blueprint and look forward to more coaching and information.

I have been involved in many REI programs. You name it, I drank the water. For me, SMB is a step, several steps above them all. I like the way they present themselves, it’s not all about the money. Yes, it is a business, but it’s not about the almighty dollar. They promote being open and honest in your dealings. That you should do what you can to help those that are going through difficult times. Bottom line yes, its a business and we are all in it to make a profit, but sometimes you can take a haircut on that profit if it helps someone out of a jam. The training is there for whatever you need. They give you the tools to succeed, it’s up to you to follow though.

I have just begun researching how to start investing in real estate and the field seems saturated with gurus! However, Nate Armstrong’s message really resonated with me and I am now enjoying and learning from his free virtual summit! I hope that I will be able to work with his group in the near future.
