I cannot say enough Great things about Nate and his coaches!! They are TOP notch and understand the investing world but the BEST part is they are very caring people and WANT you to succeed!! They also give you wonderful tools/spreadsheets etc.. to process your deals. The coaches come from a "servants heart"...every single ONE of them!! And the community that Nate has built is second to NONE...everyone is giving and wants to help each other! Thank you SMB for your ongoing love for Real Estate investing and your help that you gave my business!! You just do NOT find a RE investing coaching program like this one!! Congrats!!

My partner and I are working in a market that has awesome returns for someone in a market like California, New York or New Jersey. We have spoken to a few of these buyers and we want to find a bunch more so this training is coming at the right time for us. Nate and his coaches are first-class!

The "motivated seller leads" by Nate, which was a main reason for me to join a group, is a lie. There are no "motivated sellers" responding to your ads. Nates team admits they are able to convert only 1 out of 30 leads or so, and if you disagree with the team on any other topics, they resort in muting you, so noone else has chance to see a different point of view. Even in replay SMB lies. I was promised motivated seller leads and was removed from program when i confronted team about it and asked for a refund, not because i was "extremely negative" allegedly. Besides Social Media Blueprint LLC does not appear to be a registered company, so you will have no chance filing the legal case against them. I wonder if IRS are aware of this activity.

Attended the latest training with some of the SMB team. It was definitely worth my time. I always come away learning a lot and benefit from the tremendous knowledge this team has. Every change in my mindset will help me a great deal in my real estate investing. Implementing what they teach will decidedly make me successful.

Wow! What an incredible group of coaches! The Social Media Blueprint team of coaches and behind the scenes staff deliver solid applicable content that will truly take your business to the next level. From there, it's all up to you. The keys to the car are delivered and you just have to jump in and hit the road. I am beyond excited about taking my business to the next level and am honored to have this pit crew/team standing behind me. I have seen many other programs, but this real estate program is absolutely the most authentic. The coaches truly care about helping you see success and are all active investors. Because they are active investors, they are in touch with the current market and what it takes to scale your business in these changing times! Hello...I have been in and out of the REI Summit today because of previous appointments. I am DEFINITELY looking forward to the Replay! The few minutes I heard about the change in the homeless sign was excellent! Just that one piece created a mindset shift for me in terms of relating to people much more deeply...in real estate...and any business. Also, the role play coaching clarified "motivated sellers". I love the compassionate and empathetic approach toward sellers as well. Thank you for the value-added time spent!
