To address some of the points mentioned: - Training Materials: Our training content is regularly updated to reflect current market conditions and strategies. While some of our content shares timeless real estate principals many methods evolve. We strive to provide relevant and up to date information. - Weekly Calls: Our weekly coaching sessions are designed to teach principles that can be applied in real-world deals—including both active deals from our team and scenarios sourced from real client experiences. We also offer opportunities for direct support and Q&A in every session. - Success Support: While we don’t do the deals for our members, we absolutely provide step-by-step consulting and the tools needed to complete deals. Many of our members have closed their first transactions using this roadmap. - Refund Policy: Like most programs of this nature, we are upfront about our refund policy, which is clearly stated prior to enrollment. We also make ourselves available to support and coach clients throughout the program if they’re willing to engage. This is the third attempt by Arvall Lewis to get a refund from us. Unfortunately, have no record of Arvall ever purchasing any of our services. We cannot attempt to look into the account let alone issue a refund. We believe they must have us confused with some other company they have done business with.

We continually reached out to Mr. Tran every week to see what we could do to help him with his business. It was only after Mr. Tran failed to respond and then failed to continue with his payments that we discontinued reaching out. He obviously is trying to get a refund for a program that hundreds of others have used and found success with. I’m sorry Mr. Tran is trying to pressure us to issue a refund when we have documented proof that we did absolutely everything we promised to do. We wish him the best in his endeavors.

We are terribly saddened that you feel the way you do about our program. As you can see, we have extremely positive reviews from very satisfied clients. Your’s is the only one that shows dissatisfaction. Every day, on our coaching calls, our students share their stories about getting leads, making offers, having offers accepted, and closing deals. We love sharing in these successes. It’s amazing to see everything our students are accomplishing. We are thankful to take the journey with them. In this specific case, Alex completed less than 35% of the content. Alex was extremely negative when joining coaching calls and didn't seem to approach things with an attitude of openness and willingness to follow the program. Alex was allowed to continue on in the program despite the fact that he fell behind in payments and never paid in full. We were finally forced to remove him from the program.
