I think the SMB program is a great learning ground for all real estate investors. Their coaching calls are top-notch. Their team of coaches bends over backward to provide answers to questions and they are very patient. I am one of their students and I would give them a five-star rating, base on my personal experience with them.

You don't know what you don't know and...Well, I guess I'll let Nate and his team tell you instead! They are much more qualified and better at it than me!! ;) Having pretty much been around Nate's program since it's inception, I can tell you they not only teach (with a servant's heart - I might add), but they actually DO this business!!!! And when others 'Zig,' Nate and his team 'Zag.' I can guarantee that you won't be taught anything that's not working. ANY method you are shown or taught is tested tride and true with proven results! Like I said, they DO this business, too and want you to succeed! You can't go wrong with daily coaching calls, all with different but GENUINE people to share their expertice and advice!

Total suppoet and a plan of action that will help anyone. If you follow the training.. good stuff

I have only been a member for a few weeks, but this has been awesome so far!!! I have spent 1000's of dollars over the last few years on other Real Estate Companies & got absolutely nowhere. My money just went down the drain...I 1st heard about Social Media Blueprint when I was playing 1 of my games & a spam commercial came up for them. They were offering a 5 day Flip Webinar so I thought what the heck. I attended the 5 days & then they had a weekend webinar for $47.00 after that, & I attended that too. All I can say is WOW!!! I learned more in the 7 days for less then $100.00. then I learned in all the other companies, & several $1000.00 combined. All the trainers are so informative, & personable...They really know their stuff. So of course I signed up for the rest of their program they offered, & even that was way cheaper then the other companies would have charged me to continue with their trainings! I am constantly learning all the time. I actually feel like I can make a go of this!!!!!! Thanks Nate & the rest of the team...
