Where do I begin? The investment with Social Media Blueprint has paid off already and I am only about 4 weeks in. I started this journey dragging my feet and then I met my SMB mentor Mike Mangham. He has been like an angel for me. He has made me accountable for my own success while supporting and encouraging me along the way. He has been an enormous resource and I simply cannot find the words to express how much his leadership has added value to my Real Estate investment journey. Thanks Mike, you are truly a gem.

I'd like to give some context on how my journey started with Real Estate Investing and how I got into the program. I came into Social Media Blueprint's team working as an advisor; helping enroll new clients into the program. However, only 2 weeks into the role as an advisor I was just simply astonished by the results their students were getting. That's when I had made the decision to join their program because every time I see opportunity I jump at it and take action. I never really looked into Real Estate Investing previously because I had always thought that you needed huge sums of cash or be able to qualify for hard money loans for projects such as Fix & Flips; which it is true. But this really isn't available to most people. However, what's taught in the program is how anyone could pretty much get started in Real Estate with little to no cash; get some deals done as a wholesaler; build up your cash reserves. And then you could eventually transition into more lucrative ventures such as Fix & Flips or Buy & Hold. At the time of this writing; I've been in the program for about 5 weeks now, and what I've accomplished is mind boggling. The knowledge I've acquired has put me in position to negotiate deals and get them under contract with sellers. People even see me as a seasoned investor when I'm on the phone speaking with sellers or other wholesalers. Keep in mind prior to this, I never even knew what Real Estate Wholesaling was or ever been a part of any training related to Real Estate. I have 7 more weeks into the program & I'm really excited what's next to come!

Originally, I intended on becoming a real estate agent with my buddy from high school. My Mother of all people came to me about a friend from work who gave her a number to speak to a representative from SMB. Being from a right outside Philadelphia, a red flag went up assuming someone is trying to scam my mother. I feel bad now, but when talking to the representative, I interrogated them, but all my concerns were addressed. When I signed up, I got access to hours and hours of detailed information starting with basic information, from different contingencies, to various strategies, to how contracts should look. You name it. What I love most is that in the beginning I explained certain hardships and they accommodated me I am forever grateful for that. It gets frustrating in the beginning for those of us that aren't able to put things together but eventually you'll see that there are people in the same position as you. I saw a guy that was able to quit his day job and spend more time with his family because of this program. The Facebook group provides the human side of this system. I admit I'm a lurker I don't always comment on posts but I like to read and SMB doesn't shame me for that. The group holds daily zoom calls that also go save to Facebook live! That means that they save for you to watch the trainings that you missed they stay there for months! Is this program easy? No! The program requires you to put in time, effort and a little bit of creativity.

The coaches practices what they teach. They are active investors themselves. Help and guidance is always available. I love that they set the course up to build upon itself from one week to the next. Every week's live calls build upon the various techniques they teach. The availability that I have personally experiences has been very helpful.

I researched heavily and put a ton of time into selecting an online program that would teach me how to crack into the real estate industry. I ended up choosing SMB. Social Media Blueprint gives you all the tools you need, coaching every day, the ability to get support, and the networking you're able to do with the other students is phenomenal! I was also able to attend a free workshop where I met the founder and some of the amazing coaches on the team. The workshop has already paid dividends in getting me started. I would have never known how or where to start without their guidance. They explain everything away and certainly set you up for success. The only thing you have to ask yourself is are you ready to put in the work! It's mine to lose right now.

SMB's leadership, coaches and program are first class. They share their experience and knowledge to guide you along the way to succeed with and surpass your goals in Real Estate Investing ... regardless of what your goals are.

I've been a part of a few coaching and mentorship programs in my career. All most all presented their program and then left me to fend for myself, which resulted in mixed results at best. SMB is the opposite in their approach. Not only is there an almost overwhelming amount of recorded instruction to consume, but there is DAILY contact with all the coaches to review deals, receive fresh instruction, correction where needed, guidance, and encouragement. This is definitely a hands-on, watching over your shoulder, step-by-step program that I highly recommend to everyone!

I always look at reviews and think, worked for them but probably not gonna work for me. ***THIS SH** IS REAL & WORKS*** The only thing you have to do is move your ass! The instructors are kind, direct and go above and beyond & are real people who run their own business as well! If you ever listen to anyone about anything, let it be from someone who is doing it every day or has done it themselves. If you're looking them up and reading this, take a chance and change your. This program/training/family of people has changed mine! Should you have any doubt, shoot me a message, As you can tell, I keeps it real, no fluff here but the whip cream on my coffee! See you on the inside!
